Three all-weather displays are the usual event-day proposition where appropriate, with audience interaction and cycling activities available depending on the event. Exact timings and activities should be agreed in advance; weather and site safety are assessed on the day.
What information helps with a booking enquiry?
Send the event date and location, expected type of audience, proposed performance times, available surface and approximate space. Tell the team about access for equipment, barriers, any stage or arena restrictions, and who coordinates the event timetable.
An ideal general event footprint is approximately 20m × 20m, fenced where available. A smaller or unusual site need not be ruled out without a conversation: the portable arrangement can be adapted after the team reviews the actual location.
